Awaken Global Ministries operates a Christian broadcasting and streaming network, providing 24/7 radio and streaming services to ministries across the United States and beyond. We host archives, distribute content, and equip churches to preach the Gospel around the world through media.
Fellowship of Churches & Ministers
We are also a voluntary fellowship network of independent, Spirit-led churches and credentialed ministers — united by a common Statement of Faith, walking together in accountability and shared mission without surrendering local church autonomy.

A Fellowship
Awaken Global Ministries was formed by founding ministers and churches who share a common commitment to the full Gospel of Jesus Christ, the authority of Scripture, and the present-day work of the Holy Spirit.
AGM is incorporated in the State of Oklahoma and organized as a not-for-profit religious corporation. It is exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
We are governed by a Board of Directors of 3 to 15 members, a majority of whom hold current ministerial credentials with the Fellowship. Directors serve staggered three-year terms elected by the membership at the Annual Meeting.
Every affiliated church retains full authority to call its own pastor, hold its own property, and govern its own affairs. The Fellowship has no claim on any affiliated church's real estate or assets.

Governance
Annual Fellowship Calendar
Annual Meeting
Held once yearly. All members receive 30 days' notice. Includes reports, board elections, and ministry activities.
Ministry Reports
All credentialed ministers and affiliated churches submit an Annual Ministry Report by the Board's deadline to maintain good standing.
Financial Oversight
The Treasurer reports to the Board at every meeting and to the full membership at the Annual Meeting.
Voting Rights
One vote per credentialed minister and one vote per affiliated church at any duly called meeting.
