A Fellowship
Awaken Global Ministries is organized as a not-for-profit religious corporation under Oklahoma law, existing for religious, charitable, and educational purposes. We are not a denomination and do not exercise authority over the internal affairs of our affiliated churches.
Every affiliated church retains full authority to call its own pastor, govern its membership, hold its own property, and run its own affairs. The Fellowship has no claim on any affiliated church's real estate or assets.

All affiliated churches and credentialed ministers are required to affirm this Statement in writing. It is the foundation of everything we do together.
